Refund and return policy
1. How to return a product
Below you will find the steps required to return a product purchased from the artsyrazvan website.
2. Initiating a return
If you have decided to return a product, to begin the return process, please send an email to shop@artsyrazvan.com, you need to communicate your return decision to us with the subject line: “Return Order ORDER NUMBER”.
3. Details required in the email
Include the following information in your email:
Customer’s full name
Phone number
Product name
Order number
Reason for return
Your preference for a refund or exchange
If the contact phone number is different from the one used when placing the order, please mention this in the email.
After we receive the information, you can prepare the product for return.
4. Return conditions
The product must reach Artsy Razvan within 14 days of receipt by the buyer. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, together with the fiscal invoice (or a copy thereof).
The buyer has the right to return a good or cancel a service within 14 calendar days, without invoking any reason and without bearing any costs other than delivery costs. Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the period for returning a Good or cancelling a Service expires within 14 days from:
- the day on which the buyer takes physical possession of the last good — in case the buyer orders multiple products through a single order that will be delivered separately
- the day on which the buyer takes physical possession of the last good or the last piece — in case of delivery of a product consisting of several lots or pieces
Legal entities do not have the right of return regardless of the method of purchase (online order). For products purchased online that show defects at the time of delivery (reception), the customer must notify Artsy Razvan in writing within 48 hours of product delivery. For packages showing visible damage to the packaging during courier delivery, we recommend refusing their receipt. To avoid misunderstandings, the package will be photographed and a report will be drawn up together with the courier company representative specifying the condition of the package.
If the purchase was made online using a card, the refund will be issued to the same account used for payment.
5. Product return policy
Artsyrazvan will cover the cost of exchanging a product only if the item delivered is defective or different from what was ordered. In all other cases, the shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Non-returnable products
Certain product categories are not eligible for return unless they are sealed and the packaging is intact. These include:
Consumables
- Digital products
Customized or personalized items (unless damaged or defective)
Gift cards
Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons
Products that, by nature, cannot be separated from other elements
7. General return conditions
Artsy Razvan reserves the right to investigate and deny return requests deemed fraudulent or abusive.
8. Late refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

9. Shipping returns
To return your product, you should send your product by courier to our address in Bucharest, Romania, Baia de Arama Street no. 1, bl A, sc 1, et 1, ap 7, Sector 2.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
