FROSTLINE Boards commissioned a limited-edition snowboard design for their 2025/26 Artist Series, a collection merging high-performance engineering with collectible artwork. The goal was to create a top-sheet illustration and base graphic that feels emotionally powerful on the slopes, visually premium in-store, and timeless beyond a single season.

The Challenge
FROSTLINE Boards set out to create a limited-edition snowboard that merges high-performance engineering with collectible artwork. The design needed to feel bold on the slopes, premium in-store, and emotionally resonant beyond a single season.
The illustration had to capture the duality of snowboarding, freedom and intensity, calm and adrenaline, while flowing naturally across the elongated board format. It required strong visual impact from a distance, refined detail up close, and a narrative rooted in mountain culture without relying on cliché motifs.
This is a self-initiated concept project, not commissioned by an existing brand.
