Products

Does the art prints come with a frame?

No, the prints come unframed. The frames we are using in images are for presentation purspose only.

How do I frame my art prints?

Our prints come in standard pre-made sizes to fit most common frames that you can find in stores for home improvements (i.e. IKEA).

Can you customize the products that are in the shop?

We don’t make changes to the existing products from the shop, like changing colors, add text or extra elements.

Do you make customized products?

Yes, we can make something special only for you, if the final product is in line with our aesthetic standards.
You can add a custom message in the checkout form at the observation field.

Do you make large volume orders for group gifts?

Yes, email us for more informations at shop@artsyrazvan.com with your request and we will gladly help you.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer virtual Gift Cards that you will receive on your email with various pre-set amounts.

Gift Cards are applicable to all products in the shop and they are valid for 6 month after the purchase.

Orders

How do I know my order was received?

After you successfully placed an order and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

If you don’t hear from us after placing an order, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder, we might have landed there – and mark us as safe, so that we can continue our communication.

If you haven’t received any of our emails, please reach out to us at shop@artsyrazvan.com to sort things out.

Before you sent the order, double check if the email address and phone number are correct in your order details.

Can I add more items to my already placed order?

Yes, you can add more items if the second order is placed after 1-2 days business days after the first one. Please email us at shop@artsyrazvan.com mentioning your Order ID and we will gladly fulfill your full order.

How can I contact you regarding my order?

The best way to contact us is by replying to our order confirmation email, so that we can immediately see your Order ID or send a mail at shop@artyrazvan.com with your Order ID in the subject field.

Shipping

Do you ship outside Romania?

Yes, we ship to all countries in the European Union and Non-EU countries.

If your country isn’t listed in the country list at the chekout page, unfortunately we can’t ship to that country.

IMPORTANT! If the address where you will receive the goods is in a country outside of the European Union, please note that you might have to pay a custom tax (import tax) and/or VAT on the goods you have purchased. Please check with your local customs authorities for more details.

How much does shipping cost?

How long does it take for my delivery?

If the order is placed for delivery in Romania we will try our best to deliver in 5-7 business days.

During busy periods (both for us and for the couriers – sales, Black Friday, holidays etc.), the delivery can take up to 10 working days.

For deliveries outside Romania, even of we ship within a 24h window, please take into consideration that the transit times are longer hence the delivery might take up to 10-14 work days.

Returns

Can I return an order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will offer a full refund on products within 14 days of receiving the product. If it has been more than 14 days since your received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

How do I start the return process?

You can do via an email at shop@artsyrazvan.com with the details of your order, and the product that you want to return, please include in the email subject your Order ID.

Or by clicking on this link you will complete a return form.

Are returns free?

Please note that all shipping costs – initial, as well as return – will be the customer’s responsibility, you will need to prepare the delivery and schedule a collection with your local courier.

Your return shipping fee is not refundable, unless we decide so, based on the information you provided as the reason for your return, which will be reviewed individually.

Orders outside of the EU may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once the returned products reach us, we will process your refund within 14 days. All refunds will be applied to the original payment, if paid by card. If the order was paid with cash on delivery, you will have to send us your bank details so we can transfer you the owed amount.

If you have not received a refund within 14 days, please let us know and/or contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take 5-10 business days before your refund is processed. If you have done the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at shop@artsyrazvan.com.

Payments

What method of payment do you offer?

We offer card payment and cash on delivery for orders shipped to Romania. We offer card payment for international orders. The payments are secured by STRIPE.
